Who we are
Optimum Internet Deals is operated by WaveNet Solutions LLC, an authorized retailer of Optimum services. We’re an independent company — not Optimum, and not Altice USA. Our authorization means we can quote current Optimum pricing, confirm service at your address, and place new orders directly.
What we do
One thing: help households find the right Optimum plan and get it activated. That means checking whether service reaches your address, working through the speed tiers against how your household actually uses the internet, explaining what the bill looks like after the promotional period, and placing the order.
What it costs you
Nothing. Optimum compensates us as an authorized retailer. You pay Optimum’s standard rates — the same rates you’d get going direct — and nothing to us.
How service and billing work
Once your order is placed, Optimum handles installation, billing and ongoing technical support directly. Your account is an Optimum account. For service issues after activation you’ll deal with Optimum, though we’re glad to point you in the right direction.
